MY NAME IS ABBY.

I design customized cakes for clients who value creativity, yummy flavors & expert design techniques. In crafting my cakes, my mission is to create a centerpiece that perfectly compliments your celebration or event.

My business started 10 years ago while I was working at an entry level kitchen job & simultaneously going to culinary school. I soon realized my interest in baking and began experimenting at home with cake and cupcake flavors. Naturally, I would share my creations on social media, & before long, I began getting requests for commission work. The rest is history! Since then, I have completed hundreds of cakes and cupcakes for friends, family, family friends, friends of friends . . . the list goes on.

I have an Associates Degree of Applied Science in both Culinary and Pastry Arts. I am ServSafe Certified in Safe Food Handling & have over 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I have taught as an Adjunct Professor at St.Louis Community College-Forest Park for five years; instructing a variety of pastry classes. I have competed in two wedding cake competitions; affiliated with the American Culinary Foundation, receiving Bronze & Silver Medals for my designs.
